All packages will be shipped by UPS Ground Service.
Being we are shipping Fine Art, ALL deliveries will require
a signature. Please have your shipping address where you will
be during the estimated time of delivery. If you missed the
shipment, contact UPS at:

Our shipping prices consist of the following:
PHOTOGRAPH ONLY: $10 per photo.
MATTED PHOTOGRAPH: $20 per matted
photo.

If you need a tracking number, please email your name, address

Your order number can be found at the top right hand side
of the email order confirmation that was sent at time of purchase.
All orders will only be accepted by a major credit card. CRAIMARK.COM
will appear on your credit card statement. * Florida Residents
will be charged 6% sales Tax.
We gladly accept international orders. Since our bank does
not allow us to accept credit card payments from outside the
North America, call or fax us with your order, and we will
get back to you quickly with your total, including shipping.
Once payment has been completed, we will begin processing

With certain exceptions, we will accept a return for exchange
or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned
within thirty (14) days from date of shipment.
Any such return must have a valid RMA # which can be retained
at support@craimark.com
or by calling 1-800-936-2172. Please be sure
to add your name, address and order # (order # can be found
on your order confirmation email). Returns will not be accepted
without a valid authorized RMA number.
A credit will be issued (less S&H), as soon as we receive
your return. We highly recommended you send any return with
insurance and tracking number. Without proof of delivery we
can not be held liable.
If purchased in the United States only -
No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any
other currency besides U.S. funds. All Refunds will be returned
to the credit card that was used from initial purchase.
If purchased out side the United States only
- No refunds will be provided in the form of cash. Refunds
will be returned to the credit card that was used from initial
purchase. Certified cashiers checks or money orders will be
mailed to you from your original purchase.
